REDAIR is a small, family-owned business based on the Redcliffe Peninsula and offering friendly, professional and reliable airport and other travel transfers, charters and tours. REDAIR has Queensland Transport accreditation as a public passenger service and is a Brisbane Airport Corporation licensed operator. With a fleet of three vehicles including a 10-seater minibus with luggage compartment, 12-seater minibus with luggage trailer, and two a 21-seater coaches, REDAIR can cater for a range of individual and group transport needs.
Your REDAIR experience starts when our friendly, award-winning office staff answer your enquiry or take your booking. Our smiling and helpful professional drivers promise a safe and stress-free trip to deliver you in plenty of time for your flight, train or cruise check-in.
On your return our driver will greet you
•at your luggage carousel when you arrive on a domestic flight;
•at the Public “Meeting Point” Pole in the International Terminal;
•in the passenger arrival/bus area for your cruise or on your train platform.
REDAIR drivers are easy to spot in their distinctive red t-shirts or jackets, and the red sign with your name on it leaves no room for doubt.

Transfers

- MUST be pre-booked (bookings close 12 noon the day before travel).
- Servicing the Redcliffe Peninsula and surrounding suburbs - from Caboolture in the north to Deagon and Bracken Ridge in the south – and offering transfers to Brisbane’s air, rail and cruise terminals.
- Operating 4am (0400) to 11pm (2300) - 7 days per week.
- Fares from $50. Additional passengers $10 each.
- Additional luggage $10 per piece.
- Some vehicles include luggage trailers.
- Credit card payments available.

Our office is open for bookings and enquiries from 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Please call or submit the booking request. If you require assistance and the office is unattended, please leave a message and someone will call you back as soon as possible to process the request.
For OUTBOUND transfers, a pick-up time is not specified at the time of booking.
You will be phoned after 3.00pm the day before travel to confirm your booking and advise your pick-up time. On your OUTBOUND trip you will pay the driver for your return transfer (if applicable) and he/she will confirm the details with you.
For INBOUND flights you will be met at the baggage carousel for your Domestic flight or at the Public “Meeting Point” Pole INSIDE the International Terminal – arrivals area. Please note that INBOUND transfers must be prepaid before they can be confirmed.
