Booking Information

Our office is open for bookings and enquiries from 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Please call 07 3880 4032 or submit the booking request. If you require assistance and the office is unattended, please leave a message and someone will call you back as soon as possible to process the request.

For OUTBOUND transfers, a pick-up time is not specified at the time of booking.

You will be phoned after 3.00pm the day before travel to confirm your booking and advise your pick-up time. On your OUTBOUND trip you will pay the driver for your return transfer (if applicable) and he/she will confirm the details with you.

For INBOUND flights you will be met at the baggage carousel for your Domestic flight or at the Public “Meeting Point” Pole INSIDE the International Terminal – arrivals area. Please note that INBOUND transfers must be prepaid before they can be confirmed.
