Since REDAIR began in April 2006, we have booked almost 10,000 transfers and charters, and we pride ourselves on providing excellent service, from your initial enquiry to delivery at your destination. We regularly receive letters, cards, phone calls and emails from happy customers – and the following sample comments have been chosen to represent the views of the majority of our customers. However, all in the garden is NOT always rosy! There have been a few occasions where things have not quite gone according to plan, and we have received a complaint. On the rare occasion that something comes unstuck, it’s generally due to: - REDAIR error,
- unforeseeable traffic delays,
- customer error, or
- flight cancellations or delays.
When a problem occurs, we do our best to find and deliver a solution. And of course we offer compensation if REDAIR is at fault. WE STAND BY OUR POLICY TO ALWAYS RESPOND TO CUSTOMER FEEDBACK, BE IT POSITIVE OR OTHERWISE. TOURS Each year our tennis group have a weekend away somewhere in south east Queensland and it is getting harder to find places to go and where one can receive value for money, not to mention having to burden someone in our group to be the driver for the weekend. So a trip like this one was excellent and met our needs perfectly. The itinerary that was chosen for the weekend was perfect. Accommodation was great, food excellent, and of course there was the wineries tour, the cheese factory and need I say about the shopping, which the girls couldn’t get enough of as there are so many delightful shops in Montville and Maleny to explore. Anyway I came away feeling that I really had a relaxing and enjoyable weekend with my friends, saw a few places for the first time and will have lots of happy memories of our weekend escape. Last Christmas we went on a REDAIR Christmas Lights Tour. That was fun! With singing and Christmas hats/antlers and Christmas Cake. The difference in the time made it awkward to communicate from one part of the world to another quickly. So I was very impressed when I received a very quick and courteous reply, with no problems with a change in my arrangements. As a matter of fact, I have always been happy with the service from REDAIR. Pickups have been on time, or someone has always advised if there is any change in times due to other passengers or traffic. I know that when I return from overseas or sometimes from within Australia, I am always pleased to see your smiling happy greeting and be driven home to my door.
